How to tell McDonald's your order was wrong? ›

My order is not correct or is missing items:

We're sorry about your order. To report and resolve any issues, first identify who was handling your delivery—Uber Eats or DoorDash. Check the bottom of the receipt in your email to find out the vendor. Please contact Uber Eats at 866-987-3744 or DoorDash at 833-510-0332.

When you place your order in the app, your order is completed and the restaurant charges your registered payment card. Remember, never use the McDonald's app while driving! Order in the app safely and come to the selected McDonald's restaurant. Once you arrive, enter your Curbside spot or table number in the app.

Can I order on my phone and send the details to someone else to collect? No, this is not possible. The phone used to order the meal needs to be the one that you have with you to collect the order.

If you receive the wrong order, or an item is cold, missing or damaged in some way, please let a member of the restaurant or store staff know right away. They should be happy to help you. If you used a guest account to order, make sure you're using the same device and browser that you used to place your order.

The most common complaint by far is wait time. Having worked at 3 McDonalds, I can tell you that customers get angry during rush hours (8–10, 11:30–1:30,4–6). Other complaints may be due to inaccurate food orders or the lobby being dirty.
